Insurance
We’re partnered with Lyra Health! If you have different insurance with out-of-network benefits, we’ll give you a monthly superbill you can easily submit for reimbursement.

Payment Options
We’re happy to accept Health Savings Account (HSA) payments! Unless you’re using Lyra Health, all clients enroll in AutoPay through our client portal (SimplePractice), with payments automatically processed within 24 hours of each session.

Sliding Scale
We keep a limited number of sliding scale spots on our caseload. If you are an existing client and are experiencing financial hardship, please speak to your therapist about the availability of a sliding scale spot. These spots are time-limited (max 3-months), and the slide amount is determined case by case.

Session Time
Regular sessions are 50 minutes long. If you are using Lyra, then sessions are 45 minutes long. Your therapist will keep track of time and alert you when it is time to end.
