Payment
All clients are enrolled in AutoPay via the client portal. Payments are processed automatically 24 hours after the time of service.

Insurance
We are paired with Lyra Health. If you have a different health insurance plan that offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide a monthly superbill for you to submit for reimbursement.

Sliding Scale
We keep a limited number of sliding scale spots on our caseload. If you are an existing client and are experiencing financial hardship, please speak to your therapist about the availability of a sliding scale spot. These spots are time-limited and the slide amount is determined case by case.

Session Time
Regular sessions are 50 minutes long. If you are using Lyra, then sessions are 45 minutes long. Your therapist will keep track of time and alert you when it is time to end.
